The Adopted Teen Empowerment & Mentoring Program (ATEAM) provides the opportunity for adopted teens with Special Needs to interact with other adopted children.
Eligibility: Teens must be grades 6th through 12th. Other adopted teens are invited if space permits.
Meetings: Meeting times are once a month from 10:00AM to 5:00PM in each of the twelve regions across the state. Two weekend retreats are also planned each year. Parent transportation is required. See our Calendar of Events for more information. [links to calendar]
Contact: Pre-registration is required for the program, as each site is limited to 30 youth participants.
